Pole training for PD Eagle


I've started training for my PD Eagle! Here is what I've done so far:


1. I started with the Twisted Ballerina move: https://www.instagram.com/p/BuHALHHnRTH/

2. Then I did aerial Ballerina: https://www.instagram.com/p/BvaBA_8HTfN/

3. (I'm currently here) I'm working exercises to make my shoulders and back more flexible to be able to grab my leg! I can currently grab my leg but it's very hard to rotate my arm and pull my leg at the same time!
